Cancellation policy
This policy explains the cancellation, withdrawal, return, and refund terms that apply to subscriptions, pre-orders, deferred purchases, and other purchase options offered by Iron Vault Industries.

This address is a shipping and receiving location. It is not a public retail storefront.
Customers may not appear at, enter, inspect inventory at, collect from, or deliver property to this location without prior written authorization from Iron Vault Industries.
Recurring Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Iron Vault Industries to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency displayed at checkout, together with any applicable shipping charges and taxes, until the subscription ends or is canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at support@ironvaultindustries.com . There is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation stops future renewals. A cancellation request received after a recurring charge or order has already been processed will ordinarily apply to the next renewal.
This does not limit any right you may have to cancel, withdraw from, return, or obtain a refund for the processed order under applicable consumer law.
Where available, customers may also pause, skip, or modify an upcoming subscription order through their customer account.
Pre-Orders and Deferred Purchases
Pre-orders and other deferred purchases may be canceled before they have been processed for fulfillment or dispatched.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@ironvaultindustries.com and include your order number.
If payment has already been collected for a properly canceled pre-order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Custom-made, personalized, specially manufactured, or special-order products may not be cancelable where an exception is permitted by applicable law. Any applicable cancellation restriction will be disclosed before purchase.
Try-Before-You-Buy Purchases
For a try-before-you-buy purchase, the trial period, return deadline, future charge, and payment date will be displayed before checkout.
To avoid being charged, eligible products must be returned according to the provided instructions and within the stated trial period. Products not returned by the applicable deadline may be charged to the payment method supplied at checkout.
Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, and return rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
European Union and European Economic Area Consumers
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights of consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area.
Except where a legal exception applies, an EU or EEA consumer purchasing online may withdraw from a contract without giving a reason:
- For goods, within 14 days after the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, receives the goods.
- For services, within 14 days after the contract is concluded.
- For recurring deliveries of goods under one contract, the withdrawal period generally begins when the first delivery is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Iron Vault Industries before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement to:

The consumer may use the downloadable Model EU Withdrawal Form included near the end of this policy, but use of that form is not mandatory. A clear written statement may also be used.
Returning Goods After Withdrawal
After notifying Iron Vault Industries of the decision to withdraw, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.

Customers must contact support@ironvaultindustries.com before mailing a return so that the return can be authorized and properly identified.
Unless Iron Vault Industries agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Iron Vault Industries is responsible for applicable return costs when goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable consumer law requires the seller to pay those costs.
The consumer may inspect the goods as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical store. The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EU and EEA Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, Iron Vault Industries will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the consumer selecting express, expedited, premium, or another more expensive delivery service are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Iron Vault Industries is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw.
For purchases involving goods, Iron Vault Industries may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method. The consumer will not be charged a fee for receiving the refund.
Exceptions to the EU and EEA Right of Withdrawal
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain purchases, including:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software after being unsealed.
- Fully performed services where performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right would be lost following full performance.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun, provided the consumer expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
- Other goods or services legally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Iron Vault Industries will rely on an exception only where permitted by applicable law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Cancellation and withdrawal rights are separate from a consumer’s rights when goods are defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory guarantee, warranty, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy available under applicable consumer law.
Customers should report defective, damaged, or incorrect products to support@ironvaultindustries.com and include their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when appropriate.
Mandatory Local Consumer Rights
This policy applies only to the extent permitted by law. Where the consumer-protection laws of a customer’s country provide greater or additional rights, those mandatory rights take priority over this policy.
Model EU Withdrawal Form
EU and EEA consumers may download, print, and complete the Model EU Withdrawal Form to notify Iron Vault Industries that they wish to withdraw from an eligible contract.
